Terms of Service — Rispost

Effective date: Sep 5, 2026 Contact: hello@rispost.com

These Terms govern your use of Rispost (“the App”), a browser extension and backend service that helps you formulate replies on X (Twitter).

1. What the App does

Rispost reads posts you encounter on X, scores how relevant they are to topics you define, and, when you ask it to, uses AI to suggest candidate reply positions (“takes”) and draft a reply for you to review and post yourself. The App never posts, replies, likes, follows, or takes any other action on your X account — it only writes a suggested draft into X’s own reply composer for you to send.

2. Account connection

To use the App, you must create a Rispost account and authorize it to read your X account via X’s OAuth 2.0 flow. Connecting X currently grants Rispost read-only access to your public profile and identity information; the App does not request and cannot use write, posting, direct-message, or list-management permissions. You can revoke this access at any time through X’s Connected Apps settings.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to violate X’s Developer Agreement and Policy, X’s Rules, or any applicable law. You are responsible for any content you choose to post on X, including replies drafted with the App’s assistance — the App suggests content, but you decide what, if anything, to publish.

4. AI-generated content

Takes and reply drafts are generated by third-party AI models based on the tweet, its public context, and information you’ve provided (such as your targeting goal). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any suggested reply before posting it, and for the consequences of posting it.

5. Third-party services

The App relies on the X platform and, to generate takes, replies, and research answers, on third-party AI and data providers (currently OpenAI, xAI, and twitterapi.io). Your use of the App is also subject to X’s own Terms of Service and Developer Agreement. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of these third-party services.

6. Billing

Certain features (reply generation and web-search-backed research) are subject to plan limits. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Current plan pricing, features, and limits are shown in the App at checkout and in your account settings, and may change; continuing to use a paid plan after a pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing for future billing periods.

7. No warranty

The App is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, or that the App’s scoring or AI-generated suggestions will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any content you post on X based on App-provided suggestions.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by revoking its access via X’s settings and deleting your Rispost account. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms or X’s policies.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
